Ft. Bliss Receives 10,000 Game Vouchers for Soldiers

El Paso, Texas -- With approximately three weeks remaining before the big game, many traditions that come with the Pro Football Hall of Fame Texas vs. the Nation Challenge continue to take place. Yesterday, January 14, 2010, Pro Football Hall of Fame Texas vs. the Nation game producers and long-time sponsor Western Refining presented 10,000 ticket vouchers to Ft. Bliss officials to distribute to active military stationed at Ft. Bliss, Texas. Western Refining has sponsored the program since 2008. On site for the presentation was Director of MWR Ft. Bliss Mark Cauthers, Ft. Bliss Commanding Sgt. Major David Davenport, numerous Ft. Bliss based soldiers, Western Refining Director of Corporate Communications Gary Hanson, and PFHOF TVN representative Spencer Conley.
The Pro Football Hall of Fame Texas vs. the Nation Challenge is scheduled for Saturday, February 6, 2010, Sun Bowl Stadium, 12 noon. Pre-game activities at the north end of the stadium will begin at 9 am. The public may purchase tickets through Ticketmaster. Group rates are available by calling 915-544-9000.
