Baylor wide receiver David Gettis was drafted by the Carolina Panthers in the 6th round, he was the 198th overall player drafted.
Gettis has caught over 100 passes in his career at Baylor catching 116 passes for 1,555 and 5 touchdowns. This past season he caught 52 passes for 675 yards and 4 touchdowns. He participated to the 2010 NFL Combine.
